Surgery for Cuthbert
EXETER wing Alex Cuthbert has been ruled out for an extended period after being told he needs hamstring surgery.
Another Chiefs wing, Tom O’Flaherty, also has a hamstring injury after limping out off the 38-3 win over Wasps last weekend, but Exeter have been boosted by news that Olly Woodburn is available after injury.
Meanwhile, Bath captain Charlie Ewels and back row Zach Mercer will miss two to three months with knee injuries, though neither will require surgery.
