All-action Robson adds Wasps’ finishing touch

DAN ROBSON’S late try saw Wasps open their Premiership seasonal account with a hard-fought home win over Bath.
There was little between two evenly-matched sides for much of a first half which ended with the hosts holding a slender advantage courtesy of Will Rowlands’ 40th minute score.
Ten unanswered thirdquarter points, which were headlined by Zach Mercer’s close-range try, saw the visitors enter the closing stages in pole position.
