Pod-life is teeming

THERugby Paper have been sampling down-to-earth accommodation in Kanda in Tokyo this week – living in a pod.
The capsules come in about £20 a night and are real back-to-basics stuff with communal showers and baths and limited head room.
But you do get a TV and charging points in the pod.
Hotels are selling out ahead of the latter stages of the tournament so if you fancy a last minute trip to Japan the pods are the answer. Welsh fans were in our lodgings last weekend and this week we saw an influx of English fans doing Tokyo on a budget.
