Japan’s not quite so perfect!

WORLD Rugby kicked off the tournament on Tuesday with an opening Press conference and a reminder of what have been.
The game’s rulers held court at the Nippon Seinenkan Hotel in Tokyo’s Shinjuku district directly opposite an uncompleted National Stadium.
The arena which will host track and field during next year’s Olympics was supposed to host the biggest games at this World Cup but will not be finished until November, leaving Yokahama’s International Stadium to stage the final.
