Carlson catapults Preston to a draw

A LATE Ryan Carlson try was enough to clinch a draw for Grasshoppers in a pulsating encounter.
Fylde must have thought they were in line for the points going into the final ten minutes, but converted tries from Jordan Dorrington and then Carlson made for an absorbing climax.
A Scott Rawlings try had given Fylde the lead after just six minutes, going over after a powerful scrum proved too much for the Preston pack to handle, though Jake Squirrel slotted a Preston penalty.
