NICK Royle scored a double as Caldy got their season off to a flying start with a bonus-point win on their travels against Hinckley.
They took their chances in a dominant first half before frustrating Hinckley in the second period.
It took Caldy just three minutes to open the tryscoring, with centre Gavin Roberts breaking through from halfway to touch down in wondrous style, before adding the extras himself.
