Get Jones, Woodward to discuss way ahead

AFTER England won the 2003 World Cup, coach Clive Woodward said the victory was despite England’s domestic structure, not because of it. He was ignored.
Since then there has been a barrage of criticisms about that structure from the grassroots, from Championship clubs, from county unions, from exfirst class players, right through to former RFU presidents. Yet nothing has changed; Premiership clubs’ influence is actually on the increase.
