Ward leads Met boys to big derby win in the capital

CARDIFFMet were crowned the kings of the Welsh capital by completing the double over city rivals Cardiff 34-19.
Watched on by more than 2,500 spectators, Met’s captain Aled Ward opened the scoring with Harry Johnston converting but it wasn’t long before Ben Thomas crossed to allow Owen Davies to equalise.
