O’Donnell’s double stretches Hull’s lead

HULL increased their lead at the top of the table following a dominant 49-7 bonus-point victory at home to second-place Billingham.
Tries from Harvey Harding, Ben Bootham and Tom O’Donnell, all converted by Simon Humbertson, give the hosts a healthy 21-7 lead at the break with Connor Fewster scoring the visitors’ try. Winger Stephen Hihetah sealed the bonus point shortly after the restart. He then dived over for his second before further scores from O’Donnell and Mike Adlard made it a rampant seven-try win for the hosts at Chanterlands Avenue.
