TWOtries from lock Fred Hosking helped Elthamians to an emphatic six-try victory over winless Loughborough Students at College Meadow.
With a strong wind behind them in the first half it was a dominant performance from the home pack that laid the foundations for the win.
Lock Michael Kovacic forced his way over from close range for Elthamians’ first try after only nine minutes. Tom White added an interception score and kicked two penalties as OEs secured a 20-5 half-time lead, second row Owen Lloyd diving over for the visitors from a front lineout move.
