Squirrels’ tails up as Treorchy upset the leaders

ONE East Central leaders Glamorgan Wanderers crashed to their first defeat, 26-15 at home to Treorchy. Curtis Hughes and Jacob Lloyd got the two Treorchy tries with Jordan Lloyd kicking 16 points. That defeat for the Wanderers allowed Rhiwbina to close to within a point at the top after they won 25-20 at Llantrisant. Ollie Golden, Mike Curtis and a penalty try were on the scoresheet for the Squirrels. In One West early pacesetters Felinfoel made it five from five with a 43-26 home win over Kidwelly.
