Wedlake hits four as Pirates give Students a schooling

CORNISHPirates continued their excellent start to the season with this resounding win over an out-of-sorts Hartpury.
The win looked far away in the opening stages when the hosts sped into a 12-0 lead but Pirates found their edge to runaway resounding winners.
Alan Paver was understandably the happier coach. “We’ve come into this season with the right frame of mind and we’ve got the majority of our squad available” he said.
“I know how hard this league is, so to start with three wins is magnificent.”
