LEICESTER TIGERS are hoping to make a couple of new signings before the Premiership season kicks off in a couple of weeks.
I understand the Tigers are looking to add a winger to Matt O’Connor’s squad while flanker Guy Mercer, right, who was released by Bath, could also be a target.
Former captain at the Rec, Mercer, who spent last season on loan at Ospreys would be a replacement for Brendan O’Connor who has sat out both pre season g ames against Cardiff Blues and Treviso.
