SALE SHARKS are looking for reinforcements after their advances for Springbok prop Coenie Oosthuizen and scrumhalf Ross Cronjé were knocked back.
Oosthuizen, 29, who has 30 Test caps for South Africa, is currently recovering from torn ACL and MCL ligaments suffered against Ireland last November Sale wanted to sign the tight-head who is under contract to the Natal Sharks until next year on a three-month loan deal but it was blocked by the South African Union.
