Sevens stint can improve me, says Williams

LLOYD Williams hopes his adventure with Wales Sevens can help him regain his place in Warren Gatland’s 15-a-side squad.
The 28-times capped scrum-half has not figured at Test level since a narrow victory over Japan in 2016 and lost his starting spot to Tomos Williams at Cardiff Blues last season.
Lloyd was part of the Wales squad which competed at the Sevens World Cup in San Francisco last weekend and is confident the tournament can put him back on track.
