Fergusson caps fightback

A FEW years ago Robbie Fergusson thought he would never play rugby again, but today he is off to San Francisco with the Scotland squad for the Cup.
Fergusson, below, is now 24 and flying high in his career, but when he was 20, he was hit with a bolt from the blue.
Around Christmas time in 2013 the former Scotland U20 cap began to feel sluggish while training and developed a cough.
Antibiotics did not seem to improve the situation and things came to a head in March 2014 when a further tests showed he had a type of cancer called Hodgkin’s lymphoma.
