NOW the season has finished and we all take stock of who went up or down I’d just like to offer my sympathies to Newbury in the South West Premier.
Their final record was played 26 lost 13 with 64 points, and a plus points differential of 64.
They ended with the same number of wins as the team in third place Maidenhead (who had a minus points difference) yet were still relegated.
