CINDERFORD clinched the National 2 South title as they battled back from 14 points down to triumph 24-19 over Bury St Edmunds.
The table-toppers needed just three points for the title but met a Bury side determined to make them fight for every single one of them.
An intense first half finished five points apiece as Nathan Taylor’s 20th minute score was cancelled out by Mark Kohler’s fine effort.
