Challenge for Hallett to retain top talent at Albion

PLYMOUTH head coach Kieran Hallett fears Rotherham’s relegation could drive player wages up by encouraging National One clubs to break the bank in search of promotion.
Hallett is hopeful of keeping most of his squad together after an encouraging season. However, with fourth-placed Albion still seeking financial stability after administration in 2016, he admits money is tight as he tries to piece together a squad capable of challenge for top spot.
