Pooler smash way ever closer to the title

PONTYPOOL closed in on a second consecutive National Championship title with an emphatic 41-14 victory over Tata Steel in a top-ofthe- table clash.
Flanker Craig Attwell and full-back Clayton Gullis ensured Pooler picked up the bonus point while centre Kieran Meek and fly-half Matthew Jones followed them over the whitewash.
Jones showed he was just as good with his feet as he booted four conversions and a penalty.
