Poole’s late intervention helps Hull make splash

ZAK Poole’s late try helped fire Hull into third place as they leapfrogged Lymm with a 20-13 away win in the Northern Division.
Following a Hull penalty by Steve Johnson, Lymm took the lead with a Cormack Nolan penalty and an Andy Davis try.
Hull levelled matters at 10-10 through a Joe Stafford try, converted by Johnson and, although Lymm regained the lead with a Nolan penalty, a try by Poole converted by Johnson –who also slotted a late penalty – sealed the win.
