SWANSEA secured a welldeserved victory at a rain-soaked St Helen’s. They took the lead when Jay Williams collected a line-out and the Whites’ pack rumbled to the line.
A patient build up led to Steffan Jones stretching over for a try and Gareth Walters converted.
Bargoed began to attack just as the heavens opened. Offside in midfield by the home backs gifted Matthew Lewis three points.
Walters elected to find touch in the corner following persistent offside by the Bargoed defence.
