THIS game was overshadowed by the tragic death from a spinal tumour of Llandovery’s former 2007 cup-winning lock Tom Walker on Thursday at the age of 37.
But the Carmarthenshire derby went the way of the Drovers, whose win clinched second place in the West Conference behind leaders RGC It means Llandovery will carry seven points forward into the post- Christmas Premiership with the Quins taking six points.
