Dean’s late try bails out 14-man Edinburgh

EDINBURGH pulled off an amazing last minute win over rivals Glasgow at Murrayfield in the first of three 1872 Cup matches last night despite being down to 14 men for the majority of the match.
The capital side played against the previously unbeaten Warriors for 74 minutes a man down after tighthead prop Simon Berghan was red carded for stamping. However, they kept in the match with some amazing defence and then stole it at the death with a try by replacement centre Chris Dean.
