Thorley stars as Gloucester zap Zebre in 11-try romp

OLLIE Thorley scored four tries as the Cherry and Whites thrashed Zebre to keep the heat on Pool 3 leaders Pau.
Johan Ackerman’s side scored 11 tries with David Halaifonua, who scored a brace, Freddie Clarke, Will Safe, Charlie Sharples, Cameron Orr and Motu Matu’u adding to Thorley’s four.
All Zebre could muster were two late tries from Matteo Pratichetti and Valerio Bernabo. Gloucester defence coach Jonny Bell was delighted with the result and Thorley, 21.
