The Anglo-Welsh Cup is surely the most unloved competition in rugbxe bothering?
Look at their games against English opposition: the Scarlets lost 40-0 to Exeter, Newcastle wiped the floor with Cardiff 57-0, while the Ospreys and Dragons at least managed to get on the scoreboard, but still got hammered by Wasps and Northampton respectively.
