Let’s play Farrell at 10 with Te’o power outside him

OWEN Farrell plays fly-half for Saracens – which is where he will be for the big all- English European Cup clash against Northampton today – while England use him mainly at 12. My feeling is that he is England’s best all-round 10, and that he can be more dominant there than he is at insidecentre.
