Prem clubs need more RFU backing

IF Stephen Brown, the new man at Twickenham, expects England to rule the world he must start by helping the owners of all the Premiership teams who love rugby and put millions of pounds into their clubs each year.
He must encourage them by helping to pay the weekly wages when they are on England duty. Clubs must be compensated fully and better than they receive at the present.
