Jersey boss cries foul over Hardy ‘take-out’

DESPITE an improved display after the disappointing defeat to Richmond, Jersey were unable to return to winning ways on home turf.
A Harry Sheppard try with ten minutes remaining was enough to give Bedford the win in an attritional match.
Head coach Harvey Biljon said he felt the game had turned when he thought officials had missed Kieran Hardy being taken out in the 44th minute as the No.9 was in position to take a scoring pass from Mark Best.
