European Cup is a mess for the fans

I CAN’T be the only rugby supporter who continues to be frustrated by the ‘much improved’ organisation of the major European rugby competitions.
Since EPCR’s 2017/18 launch in early June we have heard nothing which gives the grass roots fan any idea of who we are playing, where, and when.
Who are the major players in this? The clubs, sponsors, tournament organisers and the hangers–on; or maybe the airlines who will ferry us all around and the hotels where we will ultimately stay; or maybe the TV schedulers? It certainly isn’t the fans who follow their tea...
