Overseas signings set to soar

A CHANGE of regulations regarding overseas players could lead to a flood of new foreign signings.
Currently a player who comes from a Tier One country without an EU passport needs to have made at least one international appearance in the previous 15 months.
But a deal has been struck between the RFU and Premiership Rugby players to help those who are not eligible under that system and will take effect from the start of July.
