Sonatane’s late snipe steals win for Falcons

IT WAS the Sonatane Takulua show at Kingston Park on Friday night with the Tongan star scoring all Newcastle’s points, including a late converted try, to hold off Worcester and keep Falcons in the frame for a shot at Champions Cup rugby.
The Warriors looked to have ended the Falcons’ hopes of a seventh place finish in the Premiership, and a possible play-off place, when they led 14-9 with six minutes remaining.
