Dream Team: Ben Cooper – London Welsh and former Bedford prop

1. Mako Vunipola – The best loosehead I have scrummaged against and the corner stone of the Saracens pack. Good to see him doing well with England too.
2. Dylan Hartley – The England captain is such a solid set piece hooker but he is also a great leader for club and country.
3. Logovi'i Mulipola – Very good at the set piece but the Samoan powerhouse is also a massive ball carrier for the Leicester Tigers.
4. Josh McNally – An absolute unit in the engine room for London Welsh and he's proving to be a nightmare for any opposition in the lineout.
5. Dean Schofield – ‘Scowy' is a natural leader and was the perfect guy to have behind me in the set piece when breaking into the Premiership last season. Still going strong with Yorkshire Carnegie this season.
6. Jesse Liston – He is young and new on the scene but he is already playing like a veteran back-rower in the Championship for Welsh. He is definitely one to watch for the future.
7. Darren Fox – Foxy has probably been the most influential guy for me throughout my career so far. Played with him at Cambridge and Bedford and he's helped me progress to where I am now.
8. Opeti Fonua – A man mountain who shone last season for Welsh despite us struggling. I have never seen it take less than two players to take the giant down.
9. Ben Spencer –  The up and coming scrum-half in the Premiership. He does the basics perfectly and has surely got to be in line for international honours within the next few years.
10. Jake Sharp – Such a hard fly-half to play against. You never know what he's going to do next and has a great reading of the game.
11. Josh Bassett – One of the best finishers I've played with. He's taken his move to Wasps from Bedford in his stride and it's good to see he's become a regular player for them and scoring tries.
12. Olly Barkley – Barks might be an old man now but he still has the skills and head to play at the very top.
13.Toby Berridge – I played with Toby at age group level and we're now playing against each other in the Championship. The Ealing centre has got freak strength and he's one of the hardest blokes to tackle.
14. Guy Armitage – The younger Armitage brother is a freak with ball in hand and he's breaking tackles for fun week-in week-out for Welsh.
15. Alex Goode – Such a classy player and a key player for Saracens. Very smart with a huge boot to match.
