Sevens was thrilling, give us more on TV
THE Olympic Sevens was a wondeful event and I would like to congratulate New Zealand and Fiji for winning the gold medal in the Women's and Men's competitions.
Sadly, when it comes to the World Rugby HSBC Sevens series, it is a shame that we don't see more of this competition on broadcast media. I know we do have programmes such as Rugby Tonight (BT Sport) and the Rugby Union Weekly (BBC Radio 5 Live), but these programmes don't really focus on Sevens.
I know that the 15 a side game will take priority, but I would like to see more coverage of the Sevens game.
