FALCONS Callum Chick scored from a spectacular late burst as Newcastle ended Wasps long home over them at a rowdy Kingston Park.
It was Falcons’ first home-win of season and they did it the hard way in a pulsating game.
An early try by Falcons’ No.8 Carl Fearns and their dominant first half was nearly undone until replacement George Wacokecoke made a crucial difference immediately after entering the fray in the dying minutes.
