EXETER Chiefs, annoyed at one or two recent lax moments and irritated by what they perceive as inconsistencies in the disciplinary process, roared back into Championship mode to book a sixth straight Twickenham appearance in the Premiership final.
It wasn’t quite the alltime classic of earlier in the day at Ashton Gate but, make no mistake, this was a hell of a game between two totally committed sides who never take a backward step. Chiefs-Sharks is going to become one of the great modern-day rivalries.
