BOSS Lee Blackett praised Wasps for how they had “scrapped and worked” to salvage their season.
After reaching the Premiership final last season, this campaign has been a struggle. I’m full of praise for how we have worked together to turn things around,”
Blackett said. “We’ve taken our fair share of knocks but have come back to finish well.”
Blackett confirmed flyhalf Charlie Atkinson and forward Alfie Barbeary had been injured in a training collision. Atkinson has concussion while Barbeary fractured an eye socket.
