The Rugby Paper Podcast returns for another great episode with special guest Toby Flood.
The former England fly half is joined by host Oliver Little and The Rugby Paper columnists Brendan Gallagher and Nick Cain to discuss the Varsity match between Oxford and Cambridge at Twickenham on Saturday.
Additionally, Toby Flood gives his insight into what England's XV should be for the the 2023 Rugby World Cup.
The 36-year-old former England international featured in a World Cup final and won three Premiership titles during his 17-year career.
Flood currently holds the role of kicking and skills coach while also studying for a business Master's degree at the University of Cambridge.
