The Rugby Paper returns for another great episode with special Toby Flood.

The former fly half is joined by host Oliver Little and The Rugby Paper columnists and to discuss the Varsity match between Oxford and at Twickenham on Saturday.

Additionally, Toby Flood gives his insight into what England's XV should be for the the 2023 .

The 36-year-old former England international featured in a World Cup final and won three titles during his 17-year career.

Flood currently holds the role of kicking and skills coach while also studying for a business Master's degree at the University of Cambridge.
