Former and boss Richard Cockerill, below, is understood to have agreed to join , who have been busy hoovering up English talent for next season.

Cockerill, who spent two years playing in for Montferrand, now Clermont Auvergne, joined up with England in 2021 when his deal in the capital ran out.

Blindside understands that trio Harry Williams, Sam Simmonds and Luke Cowan-Dickie might not be the last of the English players he is targeting.
