Sale Sharks twins Jean-Luc and Dan Du Preez, below, could appear at the World Cup next year after being assured they have got futures with the Springboks.
The duo were given a surprise call-up to South Africa’s ‘A’ squad that played Munster in Cork and then Bristol Bears after spending almost five years in the international wilderness.
They were given the shock call-up for the first time since facing Eddie Jones’ England when he took his squad to South Africa in June 2018.
