Christian Lewis-Pratt, the former , , Leeds & London Irish fly-half, chooses the best XV he has played with or against

1. An intimidating presence and brilliant ball carrier. While I was never one to really socialise with the front row, he came across as a really nice guy.

2. Andy Titterrell Avery good player and one of the few senior players at Leeds to look out for me as a 19-year-old playing in the .

3. Sione Tonga'uiha Lovely guy who understood the game really well, had good hands and was a great ball carrier. My knowledge of the front row is not huge so I make no apologies for picking him out of position at tight-head, just to get him in the team.

4. Leone Nakarawa Ridiculous ball skills for the size of the man. Runs with the ball like he's a back yet can still compete in the tight.

5. Courtney Lawes Ahuman-wrecking ball when I played with him. When things got serious at Saints, he had a way of lightening the mood. A ridiculously good table tennis player as well.

6. Isoa Damudamu Another who'd suit the free-playing, offloading style I like. Some Fijians can switch on and off but he was always intense and is probably the most outrageous player I ever played with. It's a shame he didn't get picked up quicker. The nicest person you'll ever meet.

7. Hendre Fourie On my Prem debut against they ran Lesley Vainikolo at me at every opportunity but Shrek reassured me he'd stop him. I think I only had to make one tackle. I never felt safer at 10 than when he was in the team. An honourable mention goes to Steffon Armitage.

8. Ardie Savea Didn't look out of place in the couple of years he played Sevens because he had pace and also the tenacity and physicality to go with it. Currently the ' stand-out player.

9. Jerry Tuwai Idon't know what he'd be like at 15s but he was probably the best Sevens player I ever played against. I'm always in awe of small players who can make others twice their size look like idiots. An absolute magician for .

10. Charlie Hodgson He's been charged with bringing some sense to this whole thing. I always thought he was the best fly-half in England, and in my opinion, was more talented than Jonny Wilkinson but just couldn't execute at the same level. He saw space and kicked the ball better than anyone else.

11. Rieko Ioane First time I played against him was in the Wellington Sevens final, he was 17 and scored a hattrick. Straight away you knew he was going to be an All Black.

12. Mathieu Bastareaud Imade two out of three tackles on him in a game against . In the other, I was head first in the dirt. Had more to his game than others give him credit for. U

13. Manu Tuilagi I'm the same age as Manu so I had A the pleasure of facing him all the way through the system. Would come at you at 100 miles per hour. Simply terrifying.

14. Virimi Vakatawa He quite literally left his mark on me! Knocked me over so hard in a Sevens game against that his next step was on my head; I still have the scar to show for it.

15. Christian Wade Playing 15s and Sevens I think I have pretty much played against all the best runners of the ball there are and he's just different class. His game awareness was under-rated; you don't score as many tries as he did without being able to identify space. Should've had 50-100 England caps.
