Former , , Orrell and scrum-half Dewi Morris chooses the best XV he has played with or against…

1. Jason Leonard – Played through the amateur and pro years and was brilliant in both. Still top for England caps with 114 and a top lad! All aboard the ‘Fun Bus'!

2. Sean Fitzpatrick Hard as nails, good darts and obviously a born leader. Loved working with him on Sky Sports' coverage too.

3. Sammy Southern My captain at Orrell, where I was blessed to play behind such a great pack of which Sammy was a huge part. Another great player and inspirational leader!

4. Wade Dooley Every team needed an enforcer back in the day. We had Wade who was, literally, the strong arm of the law. Enough said.

5. Martin Johnson I think you all know who he is and what he has achieved in the game.

6. Mike Teague ‘Iron Mike', the legend that is. He was as hard as Wade but also had some sublime handling skills that made him a very good link player in attack.

7. Michael Jones A man of great faith, and great skill in that prized No.7 shirt for . They've had some pretty good opensides, haven't they!?

8. Zinzan Brooke Sorry Deano, it was a very close call but this boy drops goals. A phenomenal player who could do it all.

9. Robert Jones I was fortunate to play against the best scrum-halves in the world, in some of the best stadiums, but Jonesy gets my vote. He was so skilled and was fantastic for the in in ‘89. A great tourist.

10. Michael Lynagh –A multi-talented player and such a likeable bloke who, again, I got to work with at Sky. He enabled Tim Horan and Jason Little to showcase their skills.

11. Jonah Lomu How could I pick anyone else! Amazingly, even at his peak, was only ever 80 per cent fit due to his kidney condition. It's unimaginable to think what he'd have been like at 100 per cent!

12. Philippe Sella Such a classy player who could do everything. He even carried like a forward. 111 caps and 30 tries for . What a player!

13. Jerry Guscott A Lions and England superstar. He talked the talk but also walked it. Imagine him in the same midfield as Sella!

14. Va'aiga Tuigamala A one-man wrecking ball whether he was playing Union or League. Switched codes to Wigan Warriors with a million-pound price tag but earned every penny. The original smiling assassin!

15. Serge Blanco Lives life like he played – with a care-free attitude! The smoking full-back who smoked most defenders with his body swerve and pace.
