ENGLAND coach Eddie Jones was an interested spectator when Manchester United spent a week training at Pennyhill Park.
Jones, a keen student of the beautiful game, has spent time with a host of Premier League managers since taking charge at Twickenham five years ago. He has a strong friendship with England manager Gareth Southgate, and they each watched training sessions at Pennyhill and St George's Park.
And Jones quickly took advantage of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer having a camp on his doorstep in Surrey to attempt to pick up more tips ahead of United's friendly with QPR.
He told Man Utd's website: “I love it (football), mate! I wish I knew a bit more about it, but I really love it.
“I think we're always learning. I think we learn more from you guys.
“The ability of the players to string passes together, you know it's a fantastic sport, and I really admire the players.”
