1. The power of the bandwagon
England’s run at the World Cup has resulted in a football bandwagon that’s hard not to jump on. Being Irish it’s not very patriotic of me to want England to go far but the hilarious ‘footballs coming home’ videos, memes and the general anarchy on the streets after games provide great entertainment. I had a guilty pleasure of wanting to see how crazy the country would go if it had come home!
