‘Workaholic’ Eddie Jones suits me says ambitious Mike Brown

Mike Brown insists having an Aussie as head coach will not be a problem because he has to “put up with Conor O'Shea every day!”
The Harlequins full-back does not care where 's successor hails from as long as the team get back to winning ways after the flop.
Brown also insists that ' renowned “workaholic” style should suit him down to the ground.
England's first tour is to Jones' native country in the summer where they will hope to upset World Cup losing finalists the .
Brown, a driven character himself, said: “Nationality is not a problem for me. Conor's Irish and I have to put up with him every day! But it's irrelevant because I just want to win games and that goes for the other lads too.
“Eddie is a rugby man, so nationality does not come into it. He will have his heart committed to doing his best for English rugby.
“He knows virtually every league in the world and he makes sure he watches rugby games all the time from different countries.
“He obviously did a very good job with Japan and before that helping and with Saracens as well. So he knows most of the players in the Premiership but no doubt he will have to have a more in-depth look at the younger guys who are coming through at clubs.
“He clearly expects players to work hard, and he seems an honest bloke so I hope I get to work with him. But it doesn't matter who is in charge. I want to be involved in an England team that is successful.
“I am sure once the players meet up again we will have a chat about the World Cup and put that to bed quickly and move on. It's now about looking forward and planning to do well in the and beyond.”
Jones's first port of call as the new head coach was to  the Stoop last weekend to see Quins beat and then have a private chat with current England captain .
Quins boss O'Shea feels Jones will succeed in building a successful England side to challenge for Northern Hemisphere superiority.
O'Shea said: “I know Eddie from a long time ago. He's also very close to Mark Mapletoft here because they worked well together at Saracens.
“Eddie is a workaholic and the work ethic he will bring to the roll can only benefit the team. His track record is excellent as well and, like any coach, you have your highs and your lows. He has had plenty of highs and he knows how to manage high profile players.
“I think he will be excellent in the job but as ever you are judged by the results.”
