New Zealand make it four trophies on the trot

ENGLAND finished sixth after two defeats on day two.
Following a 33-0 win over Russia and a 26-5 victory over Japan on day one, England lost 26- 12 in the final pool game to New Zealand, who went on to defeat Canada in the final for their fourth consecutive title of this season. Australia beat France in the Bronze final.
England led 12-7 at half-time against New Zealand with tries from Deborah Fleming and Helena Rowland but Niall Williams, Theresa Fitzpatrick and Stacey Fluher added to Kelly Brazier’s first half try for the Kiwis.
