Gloucester-Hartpury scored ten tries as they ran out dominant winners at the Darlington Arena.

The visitors made a rapid start, taking an early lead through winger Pep Hendy.

Hendy played a big part in Gloucester's second too, feeding Sophie Bridger to race clear and double their advantage.

The away side showed their class when Steph Else finished well after breaking clear from a midfield scrum.

The bonus point try came on the eve of half time when Connie Powell profited from a loose Sharks pass to score under the posts. Sean Lynn's side started the second half as they finished the first, and stretched further clear when Bianca Blackburn darted over from close range.

A sixth of the afternoon followed as Mia Venner raced clear, before Lizzie Goulden finished brilliantly in the left corner.

Mo Hunt sniped over following her international recall earlier in the week and there was still time for Venner and Powell to grab their second tries of the afternoon to round off an impressive performance from the visitors.
