bounced back from their round six defeat to -Hartpury as Carys Phillips scored a hat-trick in a dominant victory.

Jo Yapp's side ran in nine tries in an impressive attacking display for their third win of the Allianz Premier 15s season.

Warriors club captain Lyndsay O'Donnell put the visitors in front early after a break from the returning Lydia Thompson, before centre Carys Cox doubled their lead after 15 minutes.

The Sharks responded well however, and after some concerted pressure on the Warriors line it was scrum-half Chloe Broom (pictured) who reached out to get the hosts on the board.

The home side enjoyed their best spell of the game camped in the opposition 22, but they were unable to turn pressure into points and Worcester punished them with two quickfire tries through Hannah Bluck and Phillips.

The visitors started the second half as they finished the first, with quickfire tries from Paige Farries and Flo Long.

Phillips completed the hat-trick with a further two tries before Sara Moreira went over to round off the scoring.
