IN-FORM recorded a third consecutive over Rams in an entertaining game that saw the away side salvage two points.

The visitors took an early lead through an Andrew Humberstone penalty, with Warren Seals levelling the scores soon after.

The hosts then got two tries in quick succession. Seals latched on to a Freddie Lockwood off-load to score under the posts, before the returning Morgan Passman dived over in the corner to take the lead to 12 points.

Rams responded with an Ollie Moffitt try off the back of a driving maul. The home side almost extended the lead before the break, but the scores remained 15-8 at the interval.

A try from Josh Crickmay at the start of the second half gave Mowden Park a commanding 14-point lead, before Rams roared back to set up a nervy finale. Tom Vooght crossed on the hour mark, before replacement hooker Max Hayman powered over to reduce the gap to four points heading into the final 10 minutes.

The Mowden win was sealed two minutes from time as Lockwood scored his side's fourth try, but there was enough time for Vooght to squeeze over to seal Rams' second point.
