BILLINGHAM were left to rue missed chances as Hull stole in to take the spoils.

Despite Billingham dominating early play, it was Shaul who got Hull off the mark, diving in the corner.

Billingham responded when Foreman kicked a penalty after Hull were offside.

From the resulting kick-off, Hull disrupted play and the ball found its way into Bairstow's hands who scampered in from five metres.

Just four minutes later it was Billinghams turn to disrupt play and Jackson picked up the ball to run and score. Foreman converted.

Billingham took an early second-half lead when Foreman added a penalty, but Hull responded with their own penalty from Dean. Hull won back-to-back penalties for Beech to crash over from the maul.

Hull were then penalised and Foreman kicked made them pay.

But Hull were quick to respond when a sweeping move found Dean to score. Billingham then pushed into Hull's half and, from a kick to the corner, Walton caught the line-out and crashed over.

Hull bounced straight back, with Dawkins crossing.

After 79 minutes, Hull were penalised. and Foreman kicked the penalty.

As Billingham attacked from the kick off, Hull pounced on the ruck to win a penalty and win the game.
